I started doing this work because I spent years inside small businesses watching smart people lose hours every week to things a quiet system could have handled. The owners knew it. They couldn't afford to hire someone full-time to fix it, and the agencies they talked to wanted to sell them something larger and shinier than what they actually needed.

So I started a small studio that does only this: looks at how a business actually runs, identifies what shouldn't require a human, and builds the thing that quietly takes it off their plate.

I work with a few specialists I trust: a ClickUp consultant, a couple of engineers, a designer. We take on a small number of clients each year. We diagnose first. We price after we understand the problem. And what we build belongs to you when we leave.
