Things people ask

Common questions.

"How is this different from hiring a freelancer?"

Mostly: we document everything, we build for handoff, and we're around afterward if you want us to be. A freelancer is a pair of hands. We're closer to a small studio.

"What if my industry isn't on your list?"

The patterns transfer. We've worked across e-commerce, health, construction, consulting, and education. If you'd like, write to us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

"What if I don't like what you build?"

You see the work in progress, every week. By the time we hand it over, there should be no surprises. If something's off, we fix it before you pay the final invoice.

"Where are you based?"

Maks is in Dhaka. The team works asynchronously with clients in Australia, the United States, and Belgium. We're moving to Dublin in autumn 2026.

"How long does a typical project take?"

Most systems are live within 4 to 8 weeks. The timeline depends on how many integrations are involved and how quickly we can get access to your tools. We'll give you a realistic estimate after the first call.

"Do I need to be technical to work with you?"

Not at all. You describe how your business works, what's taking too long, and what you'd rather not do manually. We handle the technical side from there.

"What happens after the project is done?"

We document everything and hand it over so your team can manage it. If you'd prefer we stick around for monitoring and ongoing improvements, we offer a retainer for that too.
